Strange Folk Festival

The Strange Folk Fest is scheduled to be on September 25th and 26th. It’s the largest social Indie arts and crafts show around. There will be live band performances by Stephen Korrita, Oh Alchemy, Bella Birds, The Northwoods, Flame Shark, Bethesda and Andy B. White. There will also be excellent food arrangements for all and yes, Little Jimmy’s will be a part of the 2-day event, serving their mouth-watering Italian flavored ices! See you there!

Kentuck Festival of Arts

Get ready to be a part of the artistic alliance in the famous Kentuck Festival of Arts, October 16th and 17th, in the majestic West Alabama. The festival will be exhibiting world class arts and crafts by renowned artists and visitors can witness fine art work by the native artisans. The fest is known for maintaining its standard of excellence in the realm of folk art. Visitors will also get to enjoy the countryside melodies of bluegrass, blues, folk, alternative rock and classical in the fest. Belleville Chili Cook-Off

The Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce presents to you the 27^th Annual Chili Cook-off, the ultimate culinary experience. The event is scheduled to be on October 1st and 2nd. Apart from cooking, there will also be a section for the kids to enjoy.  Smash Band and Johnny Rock-TTT are going to perform this year and children can take part in the 4^th annual Junior Idol competition. To complete the excitement, Little Jimmy’s Italian Ices will be there too! Hope to see you there!

Mint Hill Madness

The Annual Mint Hill Madness is going to hit the Downtown Mint Hill on the 24^th of September. Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce organizes this fest every year. Visitors will be getting free car parking this time. And what’s more? There will be special performances by Jeff Collins and Tsunami Wave Riders. Mint Hill Madness Parade will be on 25^th September. There’s more! Blind Manifest will be enlightening the mood of the ‘madness’ by playing the hit numbers. Come and be a part of this amazing event and meet us there as Little Jimmy’s is going to be a part of the ‘madness’ too. Missing out on this one would be like missing out on the world!

Owensboro Pumpkin Fest

As September 24 is approaching, folks at Owensboro are pretty excited about the PumpkinFest! The family fest will be presenting an array of events that will keep visitors entertained throughout the three-day fest. There will be pumpkin sales, the Little Mr. and Miss PumpkinFest Pageant, the Carnival Midway and many more. And of course, Little Jimmy’s Italian Ices will be there with their famous Italian flavored ices. See you there!

Collinsville is celebrating the traditional Italian Fest on September 17^th and 18^th. This 25 years old fun-filled festival is very close to the cultural values of Italy. The children’s area, ‘Prole Zona’ is going to be there both days for the kids to enjoy. The enthralling Italian Fest Parade is on the second day of the festival. Enjoy the Grape Stomping event with your friends on the first day. Test your wine-making skills by taking part in the Wine-Judging contest.

The 193^rd 3 County Fair is here again! Last time, the fair broke all of the records and this time it’s only going to get better.  A great time is guaranteed from September 3rd through September 6^th. The Bigfoot Monster received an immense uproar last year, but don’t worry, this year they’ll be arriving to please all again! Demolition Derbies from Skyfire  Productions will also be there. The new attraction this time is Adam Berck’s Royal and White Bengal Tigers! Berck will be presenting stupendous tiger shows at the fair. The fair will also hold a Family Circus that will include everything from circus stunts to events like ventriloquism and hypnotism. Any music lovers out there?  You will love the Battle of the Bands!

It’s time for the 2010 Corn Festival.  September 16th through September 18th, the fest will be presenting quality arts and crafts, a carnival, a parade, delicious food and loads of special events. The Morganfield Lion Club will be entertaining its visitors with some fun events in this two-day fair. The new events include the Pie Eating Contest and Wiener Dog Race along with pool tournaments.
