These are a perfect addition to your cart, protecting your product from the public to satisfy many Board of Health requirements. These are made from heavy gauge Stainless Steel with a front panel made of Plexiglas so the customers can see the flavors inside and watch you scooping their ices. The top makes a great serving counter where you can place down scooped ices and customers can put their money.

It can be permanently attached to the cart by drilling four holes and using four stainless steel screws, or it can be temporarily attached using Velcro strips. The Velcro option is great if you need to fit the cart into your SUV or van.
